Delete your account

Operator: Endrix30. You can request deletion without signing into the game.

Send a request

Email contact@rythmo-bille.com with the subject “Rythmo-Bille account deletion”. Include your linked email address and player nickname. For a guest account, include your player identifier if available.

We will verify account ownership before deleting data. Never send a password or a verification code. The automated deletion service is not currently enabled; this contact address is the request route.

What the request covers

Your online authentication account, player profile, associated scores and published levels. We will confirm the outcome and explain any data that cannot be removed and why. Shared transcriptions already saved by other players may remain on their devices.

Local files

To remove locally stored levels, audio, preferences and progression, clear the application's data through Android settings (or your browser's site data on the website). Export any levels you want to keep first. Uninstalling or clearing local storage does not itself delete the online account.
