By playing Rythmo Bille, you agree to the rules below. They exist to keep the game enjoyable and safe for everyone.

Legal notice

Using the game

The game is provided free of charge, as is. We do our best to keep it working well, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or bugs. Some features (leaderboards, multiplayer, community levels) require an internet connection.

Your account

• Choose a respectful nickname that does not impersonate anyone and contains neither your full name nor your contact details.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time (see the procedure).

The music you import

Files you import stay on your device. You must have the right to use the music you import. When you publish a level, only the transcription (the notes) is shared, never the recording.

Published levels

By publishing a level, you allow other players to play it, rank on it and save it to their collection. You remain responsible for its title and content. Levels and nicknames that break these rules may be removed.

Fair play

The following are forbidden: cheating (modifying the game or its network traffic, using a program to play for you in ranked games), arranging games to gain Elo, harassment, and any hateful, violent, sexual or illegal content. Accounts involved may be suspended and their results cancelled.

The shop

Shards and shop items have no real-money value, cannot be traded and give no in-game advantage.

Advertising

The game may show ads, never during a game. Choices about cookies and advertising are explained in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may change as the game evolves. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page.
